Ordering a Custom Rug
• I produce the rugs personally in my studio.
• Materials:
Only 100% natural materials are used in the process:
100% Virgin wool
100% Cotton duck backing
100% Jute secondary backing
100% Natural latex sealer
• Where an on-site visit is not possible, designs can be developed from photographs, floorplans and swatches.
• Design options will be developed and submitted to the client. After final design approval, colour will be added. Once a coloured rendering is approved, production can proceed.
• There will be an initial non-refundable design fee which will be applied to the committed custom rug order.
• A strike-off sample can be made for an additional fee.
• A 50% deposit is required to schedule a rug for production. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to delivery.
• Quotes do not include shipping nor tax where applicable.
• Normal delivery time is 12-14 weeks from the point of design approval.
